DEREK PETERSON

Derek’s career path, from the music industry to real estate, has been driven by a passion for connecting with people. After a successful 10-year stint in Los Angeles working with industry giants like Capitol Records, Live Nation, and Ticketmaster, Derek moved to Austin in 2012, ready for a new adventure. His background negotiating record deals, publishing deals, and touring contracts provided a strong foundation for his real estate career, perfectly blending his business acumen with his desire to serve others.

TAMARA SUITER

Tamara is a licensed Realtor based in Austin, Texas, specializing in serving Deaf and signing members of the Deaf community. As a native ASL signer, she provides a clear, accessible, and empowering real estate experience built on trust, confidentiality, and strong advocacy.
